Day 1: Arrival in Siem Reap

Day 2: Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom

Afternoon: Visit Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire, and see the Bayon Temple with its impressive stone faces, the Baphuon, and the Terrace of the Elephants.

Evening: Attend the Phare Circus for a unique performance that combines traditional Cambodian arts with modern circus techniques.

Day 3: Ta Prohm and Banteay Srei

Morning: Visit Ta Prohm, the "Tomb Raider Temple," famous for the trees growing out of its ruins.

Afternoon: Take a trip to Banteay Srei, known as the "Citadel of Women," famous for its intricate carvings and pink sandstone. On the way back, you can stop by a local village to see traditional crafts.

Evening: Enjoy a sunset cruise on Tonle Sap Lake, visiting the floating villages and experiencing the local way of life.

Day 4: Siem Reap to Phnom Penh

Morning: Fly from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh (approximately 1 hour).

Afternoon: Visit the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, followed by a tour of the National Museum to see its impressive collection of Khmer art and artifacts.

Evening: Stroll along the riverside promenade and enjoy dinner at a restaurant with views of the Mekong River.

Day 5: Phnom Penh Sightseeing

Morning: Visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21) and the Killing Fields at Choeung Ek to learn about Cambodia's tragic history under the Khmer Rouge regime.

Afternoon: Explore the Russian Market for souvenirs, textiles, and local crafts. Optionally, visit Wat Phnom, the city's namesake temple located on a small hill.

Evening: Enjoy dinner at a rooftop restaurant in Phnom Penh, overlooking the city skyline.
